Public Information Meetings
Three public information meetings will be conducted during the project to introduce the project, identify preliminary design alternatives, and present the preferred design alternative. The meetings will be held in-person at a central location. The meeting format will include a presentation, exhibit boards, and the Study Team onsite to answer questions and collect participants’ feedback on the proposed improvements.
Two public information meetings have been completed as of December 2024 and are summarized below. Public Information Meeting #3 will provide a final opportunity for community feedback on the Preferred Alternative, the final impacts, and the pre-final Project Report for consideration and feedback. Public Information Meeting #3 is anticipated to be held in Spring 2027, but that timeline is subject to change based on Study progression and coordination with jurisdictional agencies.
